In this project, we will develop and validate Time-to-positivity (Tpos) measured from automated bloodculture detection systems used in clinical microbiology laboratories as a pharmacodynamic biomarker for monitoring bactericidal activity of carbapenem-resistant Enterbacterales (CRE) in critically-ill patients.
